14317 - Salesforce Administrator (onsite) – Austin, TX Start Date: ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration: 7 months with possible extensions Work Setting: Hybrid. Onsite Thursday and Friday; Remote Monday through Wednesday Required: Experience as a Salesforce Administrator managing, maintaining, and overseeing Salesforce Orgs and environments, including implementing and improving security policies and practices (7 years); Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process, coding standards, change control, and version management including CI/CD toolsets such as Flosum (7 years); Experience with data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, third-party applications, and AppExchange products (7 years); Experience overseeing and providing guidance in troubleshooting and solving complex problems related to system, software, and hardware incident and problem calls, and recommending technology solutions (7 years). Preferred: Experience implementing various authentication protocols (OAuth) to integrate third-party applications and core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and web services (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) (5 years); Experience with Salesforce implementation and development including writing Apex programming, Visual Force pages, Apex triggers, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (2 years); Experience with Salesforce integration tools like MuleSoft, Azure Data Factory, and Jitterbit (2 years); Experience with Agile Software Development Methodologies (2 years); Experience implementing no-code solutions using Flows, Process Builders, and Workflow Rules (2 years). Responsibilities: Serve as hands-on Salesforce System Administrator managing multiple Org implementations, from setting up new Orgs from scratch to system configuration and maintenance; Set up and maintain security policies, user profiles, permissions, and access controls across Salesforce Orgs and environments; Perform data migrations, manage data quality, oversee system integrations with third-party applications, and manage AppExchange products; Troubleshoot complex system issues related to Salesforce and integrated applications; recommend and implement technology solutions; provide guidance to development and support teams; Support CI/CD frameworks and version management processes including tools like Flosum; participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and sprints; Provide 24/7 on-call support as needed; manage incident and problem tickets; ensure system stability and performance across all Salesforce environments.
