About The Position

The Salesforce Administrator is a proactive and detail-oriented individual that will support the day-to-day operations and enhancement of our Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on managing operational updates in Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud to help support business processes term over term. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, process documentation, performing operational updates, basic user support, and building effective data-driven solutions using Salesforce reports and dashboards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–3 years of experience working with Salesforce, ideally in an admin or support role
  • 2-3 years working with Marketing
  • 2-3 years working with Experience Cloud
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Reports & Dashboards, including building custom report types and advising on data visualization best practices
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the Education industry or with data analysis a plus
  • Experience with Education Cloud a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns and list sends.
  • Assist in managing and updating Experience Cloud sites.
  • Respond to and resolve user issues and troubleshoot system errors across Salesforce applications.
  • Meet with business stakeholders to gather requirements and support process improvement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
  • Advise stakeholders on how to best leverage Salesforce data to support decision-making and business goals.
  • Document system changes, business processes, and user guides to ensure accurate and current reference materials.
  • Support data integrity initiatives through audits, data cleansing, and reporting.
