The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the ongoing optimization of the Salesforce solution used by the Commercial Group Operations, which is a part of Optum Financial. The Salesforce Administrator will identify and ensure implementation of solutions that meet business requirements utilizing the Salesforce platform. They will also perform system administrator tasks such as user provisioning and reporting. They also work to maintain the application's core functionalities as to ensure a consistent user experience. This role will work with key business and IT partners to develop strategic plans for the technologies impacting Member and Provider services. This individual is a self-starter; with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities without being provided explicit direction. Solid presentation skills, analytic skills, a desire for continuous learning, and a passion for improving user experiences using technology are essential. This position will begin as an individual contributor and build a small team. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
