COUNTRY Financial is actively seeking an experienced and dynamic Salesforce Administrator - Developer to advance its CRM Major Initiative. The Salesforce Administrator - Developer will be responsible for continually improving, enhancing, optimizing, managing, and maintaining our Salesforce platform to meet business needs, ensuring user adoption, and enhancing overall efficiency. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform supported by proven experience of working on complex, enterprise-level solutions across Salesforce products such as Salesforce CRM/Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, etc. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and can be based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL and Alpharetta, GA.
