About The Position

The Salesforce administrator contributes to AHF’s mission by delivering quality Salesforce applications and/or service to multiple AHF PHD department, while staying within the predefined budget and timeframe. This individual will work with stakeholders to define system requirements and customize the Salesforce platform to ultimately enhance the productivity and efficiency of patient care. The Salesforce administrator serves as the subject matter expert for technical and solution architecture that will include configuration, development, integration, and customization of complex Salesforce environments. They are a trusted advisor on the Salesforce platform and provide a bridge between business requirements and technical capabilities. They will be central to the development and rollout of a new national application, and many other salesforce projects in the pipeline. The Salesforce administrator designs and delivers Salesforce features, including integration with 3rd party applications. They will analyze highly complex requirements and develop high quality code with supporting unit test and automation tests. In addition, this role maps and loads standard object data into Salesforce and maintains data integrity in reporting. Also, this role designs and develops workflows and assignment rules to automate manual processes. Furthermore, the Salesforce administrator administers, customizes, and configures Salesforce features including but not limited to Profiles, Roles, Users, Page Layouts, Flows, Reports, Dashboards, Objects, Fields, Record Types, Validation Rules, etc. to facilitate improvement in customer service and implements cost savings opportunities for AHF.
