GatesAir, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator/Developer to focus on supporting the Sales side of our Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ, including the creation of complex product bundles, and will play a critical role in managing and enhancing Salesforce features to streamline sales processes. This position will require close collaboration with our Salesforce Service Administrator and Marketing Manager, who oversees Marketo, to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence.

  • Configure Salesforce features such as workflows, approval processes, reports, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
  • Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, and validation rules.
  • Troubleshoot user issues, provide technical support, and manage system maintenance.
  • Build and manage complex product bundles within Salesforce CPQ.
  • Support Opportunity and Quote Management processes.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure the Salesforce platform meets their needs.
  • Manage and enhance integrations with third-party tools, including marketing automation (e.g., Marketo) and ERP systems.
  • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive reporting and dashboards for sales performance tracking.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and integrations.
  • Utilize Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components for custom development.
  • Automate business processes and enhance functionality using Salesforce's development tools.
  • Develop and maintain custom calculator scripts within Salesforce CPQ using JavaScript, ensuring accurate pricing and quote calculations.
  • Work closely with the Salesforce Service Administrator to ensure alignment across the organization's Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to ensure effective integration with Marketo.
  • Develop a deep understanding of GatesAir's products and incorporate this knowledge into Salesforce configurations.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce updates and implement changes as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience, with a focus on Sales Cloud.
  • Expertise in Salesforce CPQ, including building complex product bundles.
  • Experience configuring Salesforce workflows, reports, and dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of user roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, especially with ERP and marketing automation tools.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning development.
  • Project management experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator and CPQ certifications.
  • Familiarity with GatesAir products and services (preferred but not required; training will be provided).
