We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator and Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing our company-wide Salesforce stack (Sales, Service, and Field Service) and managing various Information System projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical experience in information systems, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing Salesforce environments.
  • 3+ years of experience as Technical PM.
  • Sales/Service cloud: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with working in Sales cloud and Service cloud.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Agile learner with the ability to quickly grasp and implement new technologies and concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.

Nice To Haves

  • CPQ Expertise: hands-on experience managing and enhancing CPQ (Salesforce or other). Proven ability to customize and optimize CPQ processes, including product configuration, pricing rules, and quote generation.
  • Experience working in startup environments, understanding their unique challenges and dynamics.
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with data migration projects, including data cleansing, mapping, and validation.
  • Familiarity with data analysis concepts, including the ability to interpret and manipulate Salesforce data for reporting and decision-making using MS Excel or Google sheets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead or participate in Salesforce-related projects, from planning and requirements gathering to execution and post-implementation support.
  • Communicate project timelines, deliverables, and status updates to stakeholders.
  • Participate in Salesforce roadmap planning and strategic alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and external vendors to define, analyze, research, and document business requirements and workflows.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements to improve processes, and define processes with an external and internal implementation team.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, including functional and technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.
  • Provide guidance, support, coordination and follow-up on customers' questions and requests, and solve issues within business applications.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions to ensure secure and efficient access.
  • Import, update, and backfill records as needed.
  • Maintain data integrity through regular audits and deduplication processes.
  • Design and implement new fields, field logic, and validation rules.
  • Create and manage custom objects, tailored to support changing business needs.
  • Develop and implement process automation, including flows, approval processes, and advanced flows.
  • Regularly monitor and maintain Salesforce system health, including user management, security settings, data integrity, and system configurations.
  • Provide training and support to users on Salesforce functionality, best practices, and new features. Develop training materials and conduct workshops as needed.
  • Integrate third-party solutions into Salesforce to extend platform functionality.
  • Collaborate with other teams to evaluate and implement tools that enhance productivity.
  • Utilize Salesforce APIs to enable seamless integration with external systems.
  • Ensure Salesforce usage complies with company policies, industry regulations, and data protection laws. Implement governance frameworks and conduct audits to maintain compliance.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance Salesforce capabilities, streamline processes, and improve user experience through automation and innovation.
  • Create, maintain, and enhance Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for key stakeholders. Regularly review reporting needs, optimize report performance, and ensure data accuracy across all visualizations.
