About The Position
As a Salesfloor Team Associate at Walmart, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining the sales floor, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring that products are stocked and displayed properly. You will be part of a dynamic team that works together to create a welcoming environment for shoppers. This position is part-time, with available shifts including mid-shift and closing, allowing for flexibility in your schedule. In this role, you will be expected to engage with customers, providing them with assistance and information about products. You will also be responsible for keeping the sales floor organized and clean, which includes restocking shelves and ensuring that merchandise is presented in an appealing manner. Additionally, you will be involved in inventory management, helping to track stock levels and report any discrepancies. Your contributions will directly impact the overall shopping experience and satisfaction of our customers.
