Requirements

• Ability to apply a scripted call process
• Acceptance and application of coaching

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the Sales Academy program, including learning opportunities and application of skills.
• Uncover customer needs and place products/services for follow-up by a Sales Representative.
• Schedule follow-up appointments for the Sales Representative as appropriate.
• Sell assigned products/services using an outbound calling approach.
• Qualify accounts to determine sales opportunities and identify additional contacts/buyers.
• Forward leads to other sales areas as appropriate.
• Organize and manage leads to capitalize on placement and sales opportunities.
• Service all customers in a professional manner and resolve customer service problems.
• Accurately complete and process documentation related to customer transactions.
