Requirements

• Must provide motivating and enthusiastic customer experiences
• Be able to handle high volume sales and lead team accordingly

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Ensure all operational tasks delegated are completed
• Mitigate customer service issues by helping to proactively manage issues as they arise
• Arrive early to setup the store to open on time
• Close out the store at the end of the day
• Ensure a high degree of focus on visual merchandising and store cleanliness
• Focus on constantly developing product knowledge
