About The Position

The Sales position is a critical role focused on driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base within the United States market. The successful candidate will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales effectively. This role requires building and maintaining strong relationships to foster customer loyalty and ensure repeat business. The Sales professional will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align strategies and deliver exceptional client experiences. Ultimately, this position aims to contribute significantly to the company’s market presence and financial success through strategic sales initiatives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role, preferably within a relevant industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Basic proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience selling in the United States market with knowledge of regional business practices.
  • Familiarity with consultative selling techniques and solution-based sales approaches.
  • Previous success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Additional training or certification in sales methodologies or negotiation.
  • Bilingual abilities or experience working with diverse customer demographics.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through research, networking, and outreach activities.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction post-sale.
  • Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to effectively position offerings.
