About The Position

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to work in environments with extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Load trailers by stacking cases on the floor of a truck trailer.
• Transport boxes to pick stations.
• Support the team in removing bottlenecks in shipping.
• Scan bundles of boxes and ensure proper paperwork is included in each shipment.
• Send bundles of cases through taper/bander and properly consolidate orders.
• Handle carts with OneRail cases for outbound loading of finished bundles.
• Perform general housekeeping and specific sanitation tasks as required.
• Meet or exceed individual performance time standards.
• Train to pick/induct appropriate product according to order using required technology.
