Location: Bergey’s Automotive Group We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Upgrade Representative to join our team in the Service Drive. This role works directly with customers whose vehicles are in for service and proactively connects with potential upgrade candidates via text, email, phone, and in-person communication. The ideal candidate is confident, professional, highly organized, and comfortable initiating conversations about vehicle trade-in and upgrade opportunities.

Requirements

State Sales License
Valid Driver's License
Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening

Responsibilities

Engage service customers in the Service Drive to identify upgrade opportunities
Communicate with customers via text, email, phone, and in-person conversations
Review customer vehicle equity and upgrade options
Present trade-in values and new vehicle options clearly and professionally
Coordinate with sales managers and inventory teams to match customers with suitable vehicles
Schedule and confirm upgrade appointments
Maintain accurate records of customer communications and follow-ups in CRM
Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting performance goals
