About The Position
Reporting to the Sales Training Manager, the Sales Training Specialist (STS) is responsible for creating, maintaining, and delivering training content for internal, customer-facing associates. The STS interacts directly with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to design and build innovative and engaging eLearning training courses for delivery in both in-person and virtual settings. The role is responsible for supporting all Sales Excellence objectives and improving sales competencies overall.
