Franklin Street is currently seeking a Sales Training Manager to join our team in Tampa, FL. The Sales Training Manager will lead the training and development of brokers within the Real Estate, Insurance, and Capital divisions for all experience levels of producers. In this capacity, the Sales Training Manager will oversee the execution of the training curriculum, and they will ensure Senior Associates are timely prepared to become Directors. They will motivate, coach, monitor, and hold those in training accountable to complete the requirements of the program. Partner with Line Leads to promote and sustain Franklin Street sales culture—goal setting, progress monitoring, sharing of strategies and tactics, and celebrating successes. In collaboration with the Development Manager, deliver programmatic sales training for all levels of producer with an emphasis on initiation, conversion, and execution and covering topics such as client targeting, databasing, cold-calling, client discovery, conversion, negotiation, etc. In collaboration with the Development Manager, maintain a syllabus for essential and innovative training across all business lines and producer levels, and maintain a prioritized plan for developing content and delivering all aspects of Training & Development. In collaboration with HR and Sales Performance Coach, develop and implement team management skills training. Co-manage Franklin Street’s Sales Symposium. Co-manage personnel and logistics of Sales Training Program classes and events. Develop and execute ongoing expert speaker series partnering with Franklin Street experts, outside agencies, third party training, and industry associations/organizations. Conduct regular reviews and feedback with sales trainees, mentors, and the training team and properly document training files. Establish, measure, monitor, and make programmatic recommendations regarding benchmark standards (i.e. lead generating activities, skills, and revenue) marking the development rate of brokers within each line of business. Build reporting tools to track brokers against benchmark standards utilizing Franklin Street’s LMS and Power BI Reporting. Budget and manage the sales training and financial expectations of annual Associate classes as well as draw balances for Senior Associates. Build and maintain effective relationships will all brokers, vendors, and speakers.
