POSITION PURPOSE Support Sales Managers by leading meetings, conducting training sessions, and participating in ride-alongs with assigned Design Consultants. Collaborate with consultants to drive performance, ensuring they meet or exceed key KPIs and company sales goals. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Provide availability for 7 newly issued appointments per week. Maintain above-average individual sales metrics, with minimum expectations of 30% close rate and $6,000 RPA. Adhere to all other requirements as set forth in Design Consultant Compensation Plan. Assist with ongoing training and development of sales team. Perform a variety of training activities, including, but not limited to – in-person & virtual training sessions; appointment debriefs; 1:1 coaching sessions. Perform 2 to 3 ride-alongs per week with Design Consultants, and provide coaching and feedback
