About The Position

Join our Sales Training team for a hands-on internship where you'll help create engaging learning content for diverse learning styles. You'll work closely with our Sales Training team to enhance our coaching software and educational materials, supporting sales enablement and training initiatives.

Requirements

• Senior undergraduate or graduate student in marketing, education, or a scientific field
• Interest in commercial marketing, sales enablement, or training design
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)
• Strong communication skills
• Previous office experience, preferred

Responsibilities

• Attend a sales training class to understand key concepts
• Research & identify gaps in existing training materials
• Create and update content for our virtual training platform
• Assist with upkeep of coaching software and educational resources
• Participate in a local sales rep ride-along during the training period
