About The Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Sales Training and Enablement Coordinator to support the development and delivery of impactful training programs across our sales organization. As a key member of the Sales Enablement team, this role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing training initiatives, capturing best practices from the field, and ensuring our sales teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed. This is a hands-on role that blends training execution, content development, and knowledge management to support multiple sales roles across Marketplace, Website Solutions, and Accutrade.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, Learning & Development, or a related field.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills—comfortable presenting to sales teams and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales environments and sales processes; experience supporting a multi-product or solutions-based salesforce is a plus.
  • Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, and content management systems (e.g., Seismic).
  • Organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in SaaS, digital marketplaces, or automotive tech industries.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with HR Training, and support sales training programs for new hires and existing team members, including onboarding, upskilling, and product-specific training.
  • Capture, document, and maintain best practices, playbooks, and win stories by collaborating with top performers, sales leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of training materials, including presentations, guides, e-learning modules, and certification tracks.
  • Deliver live and virtual training sessions in partnership with Enablement and Product Marketing teams.
  • Partner with Sales Managers to identify skill gaps and learning needs, translating those into actionable training plans.
  • Work with HR training to maintain and update training content in the enablement platform or learning management system (LMS) to ensure consistency with current themes, methodologies and priorities.
  • Help sales leadership ensure participation, feedback, and learning outcomes to evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
