About The Position
The Sales Trainer at Wireless CCTV LLC is responsible for developing and delivering training programs for newly hired and tenured outside Sales professionals. This role focuses on ensuring that all sales staff are well-versed in sales techniques, company products, and internal processes through both classroom and field-based training. The Sales Trainer will also assess training needs, revise training materials, and measure the effectiveness of training programs to enhance sales performance.
