Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year successful Wyndham sales experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Club Wyndham, WorldMark by Wyndham and Shell Vacations Club
  • A minimum of 1 year sales management experience preferred
  • Proven track record with the ability to T.O. tables
  • Specialist Presenter experience preferred
  • Must obtain a real estate license or timeshare license in the state of residence
  • Thorough understanding of Wyndham's products
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to interface with all levels of employees in a professional manner
  • Effective time management skills
  • Work schedule flexibility
  • Some travel may be required

Responsibilities

  • Have a strong desire to be an integral part of the site senior leadership team
  • Communicate and partner with the Site VP, Regional Director of Training, Regional Director of Recruiting, Site Recruiters, HR and other site trainers
  • Identify opportunities relating to the training department, sales lines, sales processes and implement positive change
  • Lead with influence and have a proven track record in sales or training roles
  • Support the Specialist Presenter team for training and compliance
  • Oversee training including Wyndham's 'Play to Win' new hire training curriculum
  • Facilitate Wyndham's 'Road to Success' 12-week follow-up training
  • Conduct Reunite for Results within 45 days of graduating class
  • Ensure completion of WVO Sales Compliance online course in new hire classes
  • Complete training on Wyndham Rewards and Vacation Club Credit during new hire class
  • Select underperforming sales reps for JumpStart program and work with them to improve performance
  • Report on actions taken with JumpStart reps to Regional Director of Training
  • Follow classes to the floor and T.O. behind new hires within 90 days
  • Ensure new hires meet budgeted VPG at 90 days
  • Support new technology rollouts and train site leaders accordingly
