As a Sales Trainer, your primary role is to enhance the effectiveness of sales associates and leaders by delivering comprehensive new hire training, developing ongoing training resources, and offering training support and accountability. This position will support all markets, necessitating occasional travel, but will be based at the Corporate Office in Cedar Falls, IA.
