About The Position
The position involves participating in the development of sales strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives. The role requires collaboration with other teams within the company to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales efforts. Responsibilities include preparing sales reports, analyzing sales data, processing incoming orders, submitting scheduling requests, tracking orders through the manufacturing process, processing shipping requests, coordinating incoming artwork and graphics, and managing necessary documents for billing and/or credits/debits. The candidate will also research customer inquiries, serve as backup to other Customer Service Representatives, utilize pricing tables to ensure adherence to customer contracts, attend new business meetings, and maintain prompt and efficient processing of customer orders and correspondence. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
