• Stay attuned to customers' preferences and contribute innovative advertising and positioning ideas.
• Conduct targeted market research to identify prospects and establish key points of contact for prospecting.
• Provide valuable feedback to the Marketing and Product departments based on customer requests.
• Ensure a consistent and compelling brand message in all interactions.
