Otis Elevator Company is seeking highly motivated candidates for a Sales Trainee position, offering a comprehensive 3-month training program. This program includes both classroom instruction and hands-on field learning, where trainees will shadow Sales Representatives/Account Managers, Field Supervisors, and Technicians to acquire essential business, industry, and product knowledge. Upon successful completion of the training, Sales Trainees will be assigned a sales role with a dedicated portfolio of accounts within a defined geographic territory, which may necessitate relocation. Candidates are expected to be geographically mobile and flexible regarding location to align with business needs. This is a salaried position that provides additional incentive compensation after the trainee program, along with excellent benefits.
