In this role, you’ll work directly with homeowners, helping them understand roofing and restoration solutions while guiding them through every step of the process. Requirements

1–3 years of sales, customer service, or related experience preferred
Familiarity with roofing, solar, pest control, or other field-based industries a plus
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and close deals
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background/MVR checks
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Willingness to travel for annual sales training

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with roofing, solar, pest control, or other field-based industries a plus

Responsibilities

Generate leads and build relationships with homeowners to identify their roofing and exterior restoration needs
Conduct property inspections (including roof assessments; must be comfortable climbing ladders)
Educate customers on available products, warranties, and services
Manage your customer pipeline and maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales cycle
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from inspection to project completion
Represent Advocate Construction’s brand and values with professionalism and integrity in every interaction
