Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• No prior automotive sales experience required — we provide training.
• Must have a minimum of 1 (one) year of experience in one of the following areas: Customer service in a retail industry (i.e. retail restaurant, hospitality, call center, cell phone sales, etc.) Participation as an athlete on a high school or collegiate team Leadership role in the military, clubs, organizations or community involvement
• Friendly, patient, and customer-focused mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Basic computer literacy and smartphone skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Help customers find the right vehicle for their needs
• Guide guests through the buying process with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Build relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience
