Job Summary – Sales Trainee Join the Hirsch Team as a Sales Trainee! Under the guidance of a Branch Manager, the Sales Trainee will gain hands-on experience in receiving, warehousing, product delivery, customer service, and sales. Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in the plumbing/HVAC industry, wholesale distribution, or a related trade field
  • Professional, approachable, and customer-focused demeanor
  • Strong desire to provide exceptional customer service and build lasting business relationships
  • Desire to grow and advance within the company
  • Willingness to learn through on-the-job training
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Pass pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check

Responsibilities

  • Continuously develop the knowledge and skills necessary to transition into a higher-level Counter Sales position.
  • Work alongside an experienced Counter Sales team to build real-world sales experience.
  • Provide excellent customer service at the counter by answering product questions and assisting customers with order placement under supervision.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors to drive sales growth and foster long-term customer loyalty.
