Requirements

  • Outgoing personality with strong self-direction.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, set priorities, and multitask.

  • Familiarity with retail merchandising and display building.

Responsibilities

  • Call on assigned retail accounts while checking product freshness and proper rotation.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers and accomplish preset account objectives.
  • Merchandise accounts with quality and current point-of-sale materials.
  • Execute programs to drive key supplier sales objectives.
  • Assist Sales Professionals with display builds and ensure displays are positioned effectively.
  • Be knowledgeable of current sales goals to assist with opportunity identification.
  • Assist Sales and Operations team members with product delivery.
  • Maintain retail call frequency as required.
  • Pre-work daily to prepare for next day calls.
  • Audit accounts during sales calls to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Monitor quality control standards including product freshness and finished product loss.
  • Develop Sales Support Route including performance and customer relations.
  • Assist in sales route coverage during periods of vacation.
  • Respond to retailer questions and concerns, ensuring resolution.
  • Participate in a team environment of feedback and transparency.
