WTOC is seeking an organized, detail-oriented individual to provide support to the sales department and station clients. The successful candidate will assist in administrative and clerical duties such as order entry, client onboarding, as well as handling traffic duties by assigning commercial materials to orders. The ideal employee is an excellent communicator who works well under pressure, with good time management skills and a positive attitude.

  • Work with the company traffic system to correctly order and run advertising on multiple broadcast stations and digital platforms
  • Apply commercial materials to orders and other traffic system duties
  • Assist the sales department with order entry and client onboarding
  • Other support duties as needed
  • Pull and provide detailed reports for the sales team and management
  • High School Graduate, College Degree not required but preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Dependability and punctuality
  • Ability to multitask
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - especially Excel and Word
  • Work well under pressure
