About The Position

A leading, well-established tree and landscape services company is seeking skilled Sales Arborists to join its team. The role involves consulting with residential and commercial clients, diagnosing tree-related issues, and providing professional recommendations. The Sales Arborist is responsible for generating sales opportunities, building client relationships, and meeting annual sales goals while representing the company’s core values.

Requirements

  • Degree in Arboriculture or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of arboriculture industry experience.
  • ISA Certified Arborist
  • Strong knowledge of plant health, hazard tree evaluation, and integrated pest management.
  • Relevant pesticide licenses and certifications.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills.
  • Valid driver’s license; ability to travel locally within assigned territory.

  • Master Arborist a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage all sales activities within an assigned territory.
  • Meet with residential and commercial clients to evaluate tree and shrub care needs.
  • Educate clients and prepare proposals based on industry best practices.
  • Develop and update annual plant health care programs.
