As the Sales Technology Administrator at NinjaOne , you’ll be responsible for administering and optimizing our sales technology systems, ensuring clean data, maintaining reliable integrations, and creating automations that measurably improve productivity across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role requires a deep understanding of sales processes, excellent technical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the efficiency of our sales operations . Location - Hybrid in Austin, TX or Tampa, FL - (In the office 3 - 4 days per week Mon day , Tues day , & Thurs day )

  • Administer and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and tools like Sales L oft, Chili Piper, LeanData , Workato , LeadIQ , DealHub CPQ, and more
  • Partner with Salesforce Admins to align field mappings and object models, monitor sync jobs, and resolve data or integration error s
  • Manage user provisioning, licenses, and SSO/RBAC across the GTM T ech S tack
  • Triage requests from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, as well as other go-to-market stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions
  • Maintain and enhance reports and dashboards for routing health, adoption, and integration performance
  • Optimize automations and workflows to improve sales efficiency and process consistency
  • Provide training, documentation, and support for sales systems and integrations
  • Uphold data security, compliance, and governance standards across all sales technologies
  • Proven experience in sales technology administration; Salesforce ADM 201 certification is a plus
  • Familiarity with industry sales tools and automation platforms such as Sales L oft , Chili Piper, LeanData , Workato , LeadIQ , DealHub CPQ, or similar
