About The Position

We are looking for an energetic, organized sales team associate who has a passion for health & wellness and in helping our members achieve their goals. Prior sales experience is required. Prior experience working in a health & wellness setting and a basic knowledge of anatomy is preferred. College degree preferred. This job opportunity would be amazing for a college student enrolled in a Physical Therapy, Exercise Science or Kinesiology program, or for at PTA who is ready to step away from hands on bodywork. At Stretch Zone, we believe that nothing is more important than your own health. As a Sales Associate at Stretch Zone, your primary job is to help people realize their own goals through our unique membership model of practitioner assisted stretch.

Requirements

Strong communication skills
Passion for helping others
Prior sales experience
Proficient in working with CRM/POS computer systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy environment
Basic understanding of anatomy required

Nice To Haves

Prior experience working in a health & wellness setting
College degree preferred

Responsibilities

Drive membership sales to each guest who comes into Stretch Zone.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting everyone who comes through the door with a smile, scheduling all appointments, answering the phone, and addressing any member concerns.
Own member retention by following the daily operation guides, excellent customer service, and consistent follow-ups.
Promote the value behind practitioner-assisted stretching by hitting all sales goals, encouraging add-on sessions, and actively working to improve your sales skills.
Protect the culture of Stretch Zone by building a positive and professional relationship with all members and team members.
