Our sales professionals are integral to our continued success. In this role, you will guide customers through the purchasing journey by offering thoughtful product recommendations and delivering an exceptional buying experience. Success in this position comes from building strong customer relationships, understanding individual needs, and consistently exceeding sales goals. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of customer behavior and market dynamics, with the ability to translate that knowledge into effective product recommendations. A passion for continuous learning, innovation, and service excellence is essential, along with strong visualization and conceptual thinking skills. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, resilient, and goal-driven. You should possess excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, thrive in both independent and team environments, and maintain composure in a fast-paced, customer-facing setting. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays, is required.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
