About The Position

BMW of Ann Arbor is a premier dealership dedicated to delivering world-class customer experiences. We are only weeks away from moving into our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility this December — and we’re looking for passionate individuals to join our growing team! We’re seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our sales team! If you have retail sales experience or strong customer service skills and are eager to learn, we want to hear from you. No prior automotive sales experience required — we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Valid driver’s license
• High school graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner
• Understand customer needs and guide them through the vehicle selection process
• Share product knowledge and demonstrate BMW features
• Build lasting relationships with customers
• Achieve and exceed sales goals
