The Sales Team Manager drives Trail’s End growth by expanding adoption among new and existing Scouting Units through managing a team of Unit Support Specialists. This fast-paced, goal-driven role is ideal for someone who is energetic, persuasive, and is an effective team leader. Success in this role looks like converting and onboarding a high volume of new units to the Trail’s End program and strengthening relationships with returning units by helping them achieve their goals in less time. Your work directly fuels our mission to help Scouting programs raise more money so youth can achieve their goals. Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus performance bonus tied to Scouting Unit growth.
