Sales Team Manager
About The Position
Powertrain Products Inc had grown to be on of the nations leading suppliers of drivetrain products since our inception in 2007. We have grown from a small few person company to a multi location business with over 40 employees. We have a strong presence in the B2B space as well as online through multiple websites. We are seeking a tenured professional to run our inside sales phone team. This is a high volume environment suited for someone with call center as well as automotive experience. The proper candidate will have lead inside seals team specifically in the past. We are staged for our next pattern of growth with the addition of our own manufacturing plant and looking to hire a leader with experience not only nurturing but growing a thriving inside sales group.
Requirements
- 5 + years experience inside sales management
- 5 + Call center experience in a high volume call center
- 5+ years in the automotive field
