The Sales Manager is responsible for managing the Account Executive 1 and Account Executive Associate teams, supporting operations required to implement the organization's sales strategies and drive revenue growth. This includes responsibility for driving and achieving the Account Executive 1 and Account Executive Associate team sales targets. This role is responsible for defining and achieving what 'front line' experience and success means for the tier 1 Account Executives and Account Executive Associates. Attention to customer experience is vital, as is a data oriented approach to sales execution. The Sales Manager should provide accurate and beneficial information to senior management in order to help guide the strategic development of our Account Executive 1 and Account Executive Associate efforts, improve sales training, and account development strategy. This is a full-time position with hybrid and on-site opportunities available.
