About The Position

Our client is a leading iGaming solutions provider offering a comprehensive range of products for online casinos and sportsbooks, including game aggregation, payment integration, licensing support and turnkey platform development. The company specializes in innovative technologies such as AI-powered analytics and crypto-friendly systems, serving clients across Europe, Asia and Latin America. As the business continues to scale and expand into new regulated markets, we are now looking for a proactive Sales Team Leader who will strengthen the company’s legal foundation and support its international growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales
  • At least 1 year of experience managing a sales team
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating sales teams
  • Proven ability to build a pipeline and close commercial deals

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 10 sales managers, ensuring performance, motivation, and professional growth
  • Drive sales of the company’s iGaming platform solutions, including casino and sportsbook infrastructure
  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies focused on acquiring operators and platform partners
  • Identify new operators interested in launching or upgrading their gaming platforms
  • Guide clients through the full sales cycle, including product presentation, platform capabilities, commercial negotiation, and contract signing
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with operators, platform partners, and key industry stakeholders
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and integration teams to align platform capabilities with client needs
  • Represent the company at international exhibitions, conferences, and industry events to promote platform solutions and generate new business opportunities
