As a Sales Team Lead, you’ll combine leadership with hands-on selling, helping our dealership achieve sales goals while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

2+ years of successful experience in automotive sales
Prior team leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
High energy, positive attitude, and a passion for customer service
Proficiency with CRM tools and dealership management systems
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)

Responsibilities

Lead by example in achieving personal and team sales targets
Coach, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional performance
Assist with customer interactions, vehicle demonstrations, and closing deals
Monitor and manage daily activities, lead follow-ups, and CRM usage
Provide support during trade-in evaluations and finance discussions
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to improve processes and meet dealership goals
Ensure the showroom and lot are customer-ready at all times
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, and promotions
Other duties as assigned by management
