Responsibilities

• Lead a shift in a liquor store and oversee the work of lower-level clerks.
• Engage in customer service and assist customers with their needs.
• Ring sales on a cash register and manage cash transactions.
• Unload shipments and stock shelves as needed.
• Build displays and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide on-the-job training to lower-level store employees regarding store procedures and policies.
• Assign and review the work of lower-level store clerks.
• Complete accounting and inventory reports for the shift.
• Oversee cash management issues during the shift.
• Resolve customer service and product-related issues.
