About The Position

The Sales Team Blitzer at Delaware North Parks and Resorts is responsible for servicing existing accounts, obtaining orders, and prospecting for new account opportunities at the Kennedy Space Center. Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical related field preferred.
• Degree in marketing, sales, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills required.
• Must be flexible in a rapidly changing environment and able to handle multiple projects.
• Personable and social.

Responsibilities

• Educate and motivate front-line ticket sellers to promote Kennedy Space Center as a must-see destination, providing in-person and virtual training on products and services.
• Maintain and manage marketing collateral, including delivering materials to client offices and ensuring inventory levels.
• Track and report on local market intelligence, competitor activity, hotel occupancy, and convention attendance relevant to trade shows and events.
• Support the sales team with on-site tours, FAM events, and site inspections to enhance partner knowledge and engagement.
• Conduct regular reporting on client calls, work plans, and territory analyses, providing feedback on products, services, and policies to adapt to competitive trends.
• Report on market trends from competitors in surrounding counties.
