About The Position

The Sales Systems Administrator is an individual whose responsibilities include maintaining the Sales and Events systems, preparing reports and analysis, manage the EEG, and provide administrative support including but not limited to proposals, account management, presentation preparation, site visits, local business events, and social media posts and perform additional tasks as needed by hotel and management. The SSA will report to the Director of Sales, Marketing, and Events and assist the sales team. Highly organized, detail-oriented, analytically minded, and good oral and written communication skills are of utmost importance. The Sales Systems Administrator has to manage confidential hotel and associate information, so knowledge of SOX compliance and the ability to monitor private information is a must. Requirements

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have basic hospitality industry knowledge.
  • Must be able to work independently and confidently.
  • Must be able to establish professional relationships within the hotel and manage confidential information.
  • Strengths must include knowledge of PowerPoint, excel, word, and social media platforms.
  • Flexibility in work schedule

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer past selling, negotiating, business writing, and presentation skills training
  • At least one year of sales/catering experience is a plus.
