As Canva scales, change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and designing Salesforce solutions that support sales operations, such as Account/Opportunity management and forecasting. You will work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and turn conversations into clear, actionable business requirements and user stories. You will collaborate closely with Salesforce Admins and Developers to translate requirements into system solutions, help define the 'what' and 'why' for features, create test cases, and run UAT sessions with stakeholders. As a lead, you will mentor junior analysts and may take ownership of entire workstreams within a Salesforce project or program, acting as the go-to expert for Sales Cloud.
