We are seeking a proactive and skilled individual to take on the role of Sales Support Specialist, responsible for driving excellence in our sales operations. As the point person on the Sales Operations Team for 1099 sales management, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring we maintain a productive and support centered relationship with our sales 1099 individuals.

  • Provide excellent support of the Avanos 1099's who sell our products.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality support.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage the overall contract cycle for 1099's.
  • Work with Legal and Compliance as needed on 1099 contract-related questions and concerns.
  • Draft and route all 1099 contract templates for signature and maintain all copies.
  • Keep up-to-date records for compliance and audit requirements.
  • Ensure all necessary approvals are captured.
  • Monitor the performance of each 1099 and relay data-driven results to managers.
  • Provide 1099 sales reports as needed and field questions.
  • Host quarterly review calls with key stakeholders on 1099 performance.
  • Track start and end dates of all 1099's and proactively hold discussions on renewals and terminations in advance of contract ending.
  • Track spending of all 1099 contracts and provide quarterly dashboards to key stakeholders.
  • Manage all compliance, onboarding, and training-related tracking for 1099's.
  • Proven experience in a sales support role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and support tools.
  • 3-5 years of Sales Operations, Finance, or related experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Excel and basic analytics.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, with a passion for excellence and a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, set priorities, and manage multiple projects with little oversight.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders' requirements successfully.
  • Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
