Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are critical, as the specialist will be responsible for entering sample requests, verifying data accuracy, gathering inventory and pricing information, and maintaining departmental spreadsheets. Additionally, the Sales Support Specialist will compose pricing letters and emails, create action items, and generate monthly sample reports. They will also serve as a backup for the receptionist once a week, handling phone and mail duties. This position operates on a hybrid schedule, allowing for a mix of in-office and remote work, and requires a commitment to a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, with potential additional hours as needed. Limited travel, approximately 10%, is expected for this role.
