About The Position

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will enjoy a team dynamic while working through requests on your own and multi-tasking. This position is the cornerstone for getting leads to the sales team in the quickest yet most accurate way possible. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service role.
  • Experience in MS office; Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Excellent time management, detail oriented.
  • Strong sense of urgency, ability to drive high level of autonomy, initiative, collaboration, and reliability.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficient in Mathematics.
  • Great interpersonal communication, comfortable talking with all levels of management.
  • Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze competitor processing statements while employing your math skills and Excel skills.
  • Effectively communicate and engage customers via phone and email.
  • Coordinate multiple priorities in a timely manner.
  • On the fly problem solver in processing phone calls and email requests.
