About The Position

As a key member of the Customer Service Team, the Customer Service Representative will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes. The role involves managing inquiries from both internal and external customers, providing exceptional customer support, and utilizing the ERP system for order processing and inventory management.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in customer service and/or medical device manufacturing.
  • High School diploma is required.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the job, applying knowledge and skills to complete a diverse range of tasks.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including ERP systems, Outlook, Excel, Word, and TEAMS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inquiries from both internal and external customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer support through email, phone, and TEAMS communication.
  • Explain products and services to customers effectively.
  • Process product returns, exchanges, and recall paperwork.
  • Gather necessary information and documentation for product complaints.
  • Utilize the ERP system to process orders for billing and restocks.
  • Handle credit rebills.
  • Facilitate inventory transfer requests.
  • Adhere to the monthly closing schedule.
