Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM.
  • Sales and Customer Service experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of company's product/service offerings.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a focus on support sales efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
  • Manage order processing, customer communication, and data maintenance.
  • Maintain and update lead and contact information in Salesforce.
  • Assist with coordinating email campaigns in Salesforce and Constant Contact.
  • Prepare sales materials, presentations, and proposals for client meetings.
  • Respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, and provide follow-up communication to clients.
  • Monitor key sales milestones to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Help resolve minor customer service issues and escalate major concerns.
  • Provide admin support such as processing orders and managing sales calendars.
  • Assist with organizing and preparing events, webinars, or tradeshows.
