About The Position

Job Summary: The Sales and Order Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring seamless order processing and customer support. This role acts as a key liaison between sales representatives and internal departments to ensure accurate order fulfillment, timely communication, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Order Management & Customer Support • Process and manage customer orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Communicate order status, lead times, and any potential delays internally • Address sales representative inquiries, resolve order-related issues, and escalate when necessary. Sales Support & Administration • Assist the sales team with quotations, contract review, and customer documentation. • Maintain customer records and update systems (SAP) with accurate order and contact information. • Prepare and distribute sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics. • Support pricing analysis and customer account management. Data Analysis & Reporting • Analyze order trends and sales performance • Identify opportunities to improve order processing efficiency, to automate reports and tasks • Generate reports on key sales and operational metrics for management review.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of related experience.
  • Strong proficiency in ERP and CRM systems
  • Strong Microsoft Excel Skills; Pivot Tables, Functions, Automation and Macros
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
