About The Position

REIC Rentals is hiring an Sales Support Specialist to help drive our sales operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door, develop valuable skills, and grow into future sales or leadership roles.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate (or soon-to-be) in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow professionally
  • Comfortable working with technology (Microsoft Office; CRM tools are a plus)
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented approach

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, and customer communications
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and help match customers with the right equipment solutions
  • Learn how to manage customer accounts and build long-term relationships
  • Track leads, update CRM systems, and support sales pipeline activity
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure equipment availability and smooth order execution
  • Identify opportunities to reconnect with past customers and generate new business
  • Gain hands-on exposure to sales processes, pricing, and customer engagement strategies
